Productive Sunday here for me
Hi everybody, I've been a busy beaver today. I woke up refreshed and decided to tackle cleaning my bedroom which seems to be an ongoing battle for me. But I got up at 8:30 and got started on it before church. Sorted clothes in piles, dug through the piles of stuff in front of the metal closet....took out clothes that don't fit, hung up those that do fit. Went to church and then right back at it. Tried on a bunch of clothes and decided that even IF I ever did lose enough weight to fit in the pants, more than likely I would not wear those old things, I'd go buy new stylish stuff, so its all in a stack for the Salvation Army or some charity. A couple pair even have the tags on yet. I have tons of stuff that I need to try on yet, I know I've gotten larger on top so a lot of dress tops and sweaters probably can go too.
Then I went through papers and old receipts and filled a bag of trash....FINALLY the room is starting to take shape and look better but there's still a long more that could be sorted and purged. Just all takes so much time!
I just learned today that Janelle was selected as the Student of the Month for her grade. Tammi text messaged me and told me Janelle's picture is in the Sunday paper today for it. Janelle just says "oh yea, I forgot to tell you"....she's so modest!!! I knew she made high honors from her report which came last week, with a 92.87 average (following in mama's footsteps ) so I was already proud for that, but to add the student of the month on top of it is just Fantastic! I think she deserves a reward, so maybe one of the items we got yesterday won't be held back until Christmas. I think she really wants those new flannel sheets on her bed before then, so maybe I'll go upstairs and do up her bed with those and surprise her for when she goes to sleep tonight.
I've still got laundry to finish up and they maybe I'll swing by multiply and see what you guys have been up to this weekend.

BOO !!!
Did I scare you? Well, here I am...won't be here much as this would turn into a full time, "glue my butt to the chair and never get paid" hobby if I maintained this site along with Yahoo360, MySpace, Multiply.com and Mash...but until I see where my friends end up, I'll stop in periodically (if I can remember how to get here and who I am...)
